Tyler runs one hell of an HVAC company. Prior Marine Corps, professional as they come, and the quality reflects it. Honest pricing, clean installs, and excellent communication. You can tell this company is mission-driven and takes pride in the work. Highly recommend to anyone in Fort Myers needing AC service or replacement.
Ron was very kind and respectful of my home. He came out the same day. Ron identified the problem and completed the repair quickly. I am very satisfied with the service received.
Called and got to my house in an hour. Tyler was very thorough and ran through all possibilities, more then others out there. Came up with several avenues of handling it and was very professional. Problem was resolved. Prices were fare as well which I know is a big thing right now. Would recommend to others.
West Coast Cooling was very professional, and prices were great for a bi-yearly maintenance plan. They were transparent on how the plan works, cost and the value added by having professionals service the A/C. We tend to be DIYers and would have missed several key services that came with the WCC package. Brandon was very informative and helpful for future maintenance too. He was within the service window (8-10) and came exactly at 8. West Coast Cooling provided us with confidence with impeccable service and carefree future upkeep.
Tyler is awesome! He brought to my attention the prior company did many things wrong that created a very dangerous situation! Among other things they left the capacitor in the boxes and used thermostat wiring instead of the proper gauge! Thank God you caught it in time! You did a very thorough job and explained so much to me. I really appreciate it!!
