They absolutely suck. They pick up trash when they want. Idk how many times I have to call monthly to tell them they havent picked up my can or sometimes even my whole streets cans. Honestly they need another company for us to chose from because they are definitely not it.....Im literally about to make a 3d in 24 hrs phone call about trash cans being picked up. Its ridiculous. And the. They brake your trashcan and make you replace it or recieve a fine and it has to be a certain trash can. I dont see how they operate at all.

Trash was skipped over on Wednesday and was told it would be picked up on Thursday. Never happened and see today I got an email saying it was resolved at 3pm Thursday. I call back to inform them and the rep tells me I have to wait until the next collection day and to just pile my trash bags next to the can until then VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

Service has gotten worse. I requested a Bulky trash pickup for 12/26/24. It was not picked up. So I scheduled for 1/2/25. Still not picked up. I've called the customer service line numerous times just to be told to leave the trash out someone will be picking up same day. Still Noone shows up. The young lady tried to dispute me down I was not schedule for pickup but I have confirmations. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. It's been over a week. No call. I was last told I was scheduled for pickup on 1/9/25. It's still outside, 1/10/25. Waste Mgmt. say leave the trash on the road, however some home associations will not let you leave a trash can (the Bulky item) without getting a fine. So unprofessional. Im unable to take the can to the dump myself. I tried to contact someone over this office but has not been successful. Guess I'll try the mayor. Local congress man. Then Governor. Wavy 10. I'm trying to fight through a stem cell transplant and this extra stress is ridiculous.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The Bulk Pick Up staff are rude. The drivers are lazy. And a supervisor who came to my house lied to my face. I have submitted 3 pick up requests and they fabricate excuses not to pick my trash up... even though they have picked it up 2x before under the EXACT same circumstances. I VERY much would like the head of the department to contact me. However, with the corruption I have witnessed in this department, I doubt they have the courage to talk to me directlly. Shameful. Update: 4/28/22... After resubmitted a bulk pick up request, following the inspectors instructions, and getting a confirmation email, Sanitation still didn't pick up my bulk. Further, they did pick up bulk from a neighbor from the spot they told me wasn't acceptable - while leaving mine behind AGAIN. This service is verging on corrupt.

My wife and I noticed that our trash cans have been dropped with them lying on their sides. Today I figured out why: their drivers are most likely undertrained or just don’t care. The photos would tell the story.
