Urban Meditation has truly been life-changing for me. I have been going there for the last couple of years, and it has become one of the most important parts of my wellness journey. From the moment you walk in, there is such a calming and peaceful energy that immediately allows your mind and body to relax. This space has helped me tremendously with my nervous system regulation, stress, and overall mental health. I had an amazing experience at Urban Meditation today. The lava rock meditation was incredible and left me feeling refreshed and grounded afterward. During the session, I experienced a deeper level of meditation and even saw things I hadn’t experienced before, which was really powerful. Kristy was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly and guided me through the entire process, making the experience comfortable and meaningful. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, reset, and have a unique meditation experience. 🧘‍♂️✨

Urban Meditation Naples is the reset button I didn’t know I needed. It’s somehow both deeply calming and quietly energizing. From the moment you walk in, your nervous system gets the memo: you can exhale. The storefront itself is beautiful—thoughtfully curated with jewelry and crystals. The experience is next level. In your private meditation roomy you lay on a warm lava bed while calming lights slowly charge and glow throughout the session, creating this cocoon-like sense of ease. The space feels intentional, and the sessions meet you exactly where you are—whether your mind is racing or you’re already halfway to calm. The guide’s voice is incredibly soothing, steady, and grounding in a way that makes it effortless to let go. I left clearer, lighter, and noticeably more regulated—like I just cleaned out mental clutter I didn’t realize I was carrying. This place isn’t about escaping your life; it helps you show up to it better. Naples is lucky to have Urban Meditation. I’ll be back again and again.
