We booked both the Pompeii & Vesuvius tour and the Capri VIP tour with Ugo Experience Tours — and we had an absolute blast! From start to finish, everything was organized with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch that made all the difference. Our guide for Pompeii was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the ancient city to life with stories and insights we never would have discovered on our own. Climbing Vesuvius afterwards was such a thrill and offered stunning views — definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Lunch was included on this tour and was a lovely addition. Just a small note: the pick-up point was a 20-minute walk from our accommodation rather than a direct hotel pick-up, so plan ahead for that. The Capri VIP tour was just as fantastic. Everything was seamless, from the boat ride to the incredible stops around the island. We felt truly spoiled with the level of service, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The pricing was a bit on the expensive side, especially considering that lunch wasn’t included — only snacks and drinks — but the experience overall was worth it. Peppe and his team were professional, warm, and made us feel like valued guests every step of the way. These tours elevated our whole holiday. Highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area — it’s the kind of experience you won’t forget!

We had a great trip along the Amalfi Coast! Everything was arranged perfectly by our tour company, UGo Experience - we were picked up by Ciro - our driver / guide near our B&B in a small luxury van for the drive along the Coast. He was an expert driver for the narrow, windy roads of the coast; and highlighted the key points along the way. We had plenty of time to wonder in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - or just find a quiet spot to enjoy the views. And at the end of the day, we were dropped off where we started with a warm goodbye from Ciro and our fellow travellers. All in all - a great experience.

We had an unforgettable tour of the Amalfi coast on this beautiful excursion! Our guide Ivan and captain Alessandro were so knowledgeable and helpful on our many stops, including some unexpected closeup views of the grotto and coastline! The hospitality was amazing and the limoncello toast with our small group made an unforgettable ending to the day!

I was recommended Ugo by my hotel when I asked about booking a private car for the Amalfi coast so I enquired for prices etc. Peppe the front desk man promptly got back to my enquiry and shortly after I booked a private car for my sister and I for a good price where we had Luca as our driver. He arrived on time at 9am and took us to Ravello first, Amalfi town, then recommended a restaurant in Priano for lunch which was sea front with lemon trees, delicious food (especially if you like seafood) and he stopped off at lots of photo opportunities along the way too. We would have stopped at Positano too but we had decided to go there the day before as we were expecting bad weather on the day we had the Amalfi tour booked otherwise would have gone there too. Due to the expected bad weather (heavy rain all day) I whatsapp'd Peppe to see if he had any cars to take us to Positano asap on the morning we wanted to go. He helped us out so quickly and managed to arrange a car there and back which we were very grateful for however this worked out extremely expensive for a return trip from Sorrento to Positano and back. That is my only negative. I have data roaming so it was really handy having the drivers number to text or call at any time. Made our trip so much easier knowing we had transportation just for us. Brilliant service. Thoroughly recommend! 10/10

We’ve joined both Positano & Amalfi guide tour and capri guided tour during stay at sorrento, which are really impressive and enjoyable journey to make my trip completed. For Positano & Amalfi tour, the guides are so attentive on needs like sea sick or language difference during description along the sailing, it’s not easy as there’re around 50 participants! We’ve stayed at Positano for 1.5 hours so not many places could be visited, yet, good picture taking & shopping are still ok. For Amalfi we stayed almost 5 hours, that’s good arrangement so we could take a decent lunch before walking around, climbing up a little bit higher to take stunning photos that I long for. For Capri tour it’s also enjoyable, we got to sit at roof top to enjoy spectacular view along sailing. There’re crowded at pier when arrived but they could get us private bus to Anacapri where are the highlight of Capri. Simply, if anyone ask how to best enjoy sorrento, will definitely recommend Ugo tour
