Lian King LISW-CP was AMAZING with the virtual/telehealth visit. She is extremely personal, empathetic & professional! She enabled me to realize blind spots & she encouraged me to work through the process of growth in the areas. I highly recommend her as a counselor/therapist!!
Neither the address nor the actual office was easy to locate and no one greeted me as I walked through empty halls. My actual time spent with the Dr.was promising. She was very professional, a good listener, and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable during my time with her. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
I’m actually flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism of this company. I reached out for therapy for my daughter. We had our first meeting which went well. I liked the therapist and so did my daughter. From there, it goes downhill. Multiple cancellations. My daughter was signed on for her appt this morning. No show from the therapist. They tried to reschedule without notifying me. They send multiple email and text appt reminders and in every one it says “no shows or cancellations before 48 hours is subject to $135 cancellation fee”. Well here we are waiting for her appt, and the therapist no shows. What about the same respect for me. You call the phone number, someone from overseas answers. I asked to speak with a supervisor or a clinician director. No one is available.
The therapists here are very good and provide solid support and guidance. The counseling experience itself has been positive. The main downside is the website. It can be frustrating to use and does not always make scheduling or navigating services as easy as it should be. Overall it is a good place for therapy, but the online experience could definitely use improvement.
We recently moved here to South Carolina. I looked them up myself once we got our feet settled and I've been using them now for over 3 months and I must say they are amazing from the therapist to the psychiatrist. I highly recommend them.
