My phone was not charging. I was not sure if there was some maintenance needed or if the thing was a silicon brick at this point. I brought my phone in to get it diagnosed expecting to pay at least a small fee for this service. They decided not to charge me when they figured out the port just needed cleaning. The store front is set up with gaming computers, but they also appear to be well equipped to work with your everyday electronics. TLDR: This is a quality establishment with knowledgeable employees. I recommend The Tech Store
Absolutely wonderful at what they do! They fixed my cracked phone and my daughter’s water damaged computer with incomparable expertise. Other tech stores would have probably told me her computer was unfixable. Not them. I’ve never encountered a better tech store. They explained everything they completed with details. Highly recommend! A big shout out to Blake for being so knowledgeable and professional. He’s great! Thank you Blake!

I had an amazing experience!I had a printer that was not working and had gone to a business that proported to repair printers,but were unable to repair the HP printer. I took the printer to The Tech Store, and within 10 minutes they had repaired it. I also had a Brother printer that that was not working and within 5 minutes they had repaired it. The Tech Store associate informed me that they technically don't repair printers, but just do it "to help people out"; which makes it even more impressive and he would not let me pay them for either! I had heard about their efficiency, expertise, and excellent customer service in repairing computers, but this was going beyond the "extra mile".
Unbelievable! Went in for a problem with my LG earbuds . Blake took care of me and found that I had made an error in my pairing process and did not have a bad battery as I thought. Saved me a fortune. These people are honest an ethical. You just can’t find that anywhere, anymore ! Great service! Highly recommended !
