My family and I went on vacation to Captiva Island. My adult daughters went to a bar, and was in an unfortunate incident were there was a fight. In an attempt to stop the fight one of my daughters pulled off a man and is necklace broke off. She was arrested for for theft. As he stated his necklace was very valuable. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives. We were not from the area. We had no idea what to do. On google, we did a lawyer search and Melissa Shermans name came up. We called and and she did a video call with us. She spend more than and hour talking to us. She told us what to expect gave us a very affordable payment option and she took care of the rest. The charges were dropped. She answered all our emails promptly. Her assistant answered all our calls and always seem to know exactly what was happening. I have only ever had to deal with a lawyer on other time and never were they nice or prompt. Melissa and her staff were kind, honest and encouraging at this very trying time. Just to let you know, I never went into her office or met her in person. She dealt with us through face time, emails and phone calls, as were are from the mid west. But I would highly recommend her and I give her 5 stars.

So I had hired Melissa Sherman to help me with this case out in Port Charlotte. She did a wonderful job. She was very reassuring because I was so anxious and worried about my case. She reassured me and kept me up to date with everything and told me exactly what to do. My case was dropped and I can clear my name. I really appreciate everything she did for me.
