I hired Jeffrey von Stein of the homeowners Advocate after I sustained damage from three separate hurricanes one after each other, Debbie, Milton, and Helene. My carrier would not combine them and tried to keep them separate to make the negotiations more difficult. Jeffrey and his company The HomeOwners Advocate helped me on two of my Hurricane claims; the initial one for Hurricane Ian and then he also helped me with Hurricanes Milton and Helene. Very happy with his tenacity and negotiating with these carriers to get me a fair deal so I can actually come close to doing the rebuild, God forbid I have to hire him a third time but I would without hesitation. I interviewed several firms because i needed help and i felt like my life was destroyed after the hurricane. It became very obvious that Jefferey Von Stein was by far the most experienced and highly qualified person I came across. I had absolutely no idea how to navigate the insurance process. All I know is he promised at the end i wouldn't have to take a second mortgage to be able to fix my property as it was before the hurricane. He was 100% correct, he handled everything and took all the stress off my shoulders, and helped me rebuild my life. I am so eternally grateful if i could give 15 stars i would give 15 stars!!
