Love this place. It was my first time and not the last. The studio is lovely with the stars across the ceiling. The location is perfect near downtown Naples. The best part was the great workout with Alli Rae. It was challenging but doable. And her playlist was so good!
Amazing first Pilates experience! The studio is beautiful and welcoming, and everyone made me feel comfortable right away. My instructor was very attentive and focused on helping me as a beginner, which I truly appreciated. The owner is wonderful and you can feel the positive energy in the space. Great people, great pricing, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Amazing studio! Gorgeous and the instructors are great! Very easy to follow and they were great about giving instructions when needed which I love. Can’t wait to go again! I will definitely be a regular here!
I was in town for a few days and decided to do a drop in class. In all honesty the idea of the “starlight” ceiling made me wonder if the studio would be too much of a gimmick for my preference. It was actually a really great class with first class instruction. I got a great personal correction that helped my technique. If I were local I would absolutely come back for continued lessons.
I absolutely love this Pilates studio. The space is beautiful and calming, —but it’s the instructors who truly make it exceptional. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping each person move safely and confidently. Every class is challenging , and the positive energy they bring makes it easy to stay motivated.
