From start to finish I was very impressed by the customer service and promptness of the company. Tj was the service tech who came out and he was super knowledgeable and helped solve the issues with AC very quickly. Would highly recommend this company and TJ for any AC service or repair!

We had a 11 year old Lennox replaced with a new Lennox from same company that installed the old one, we bid out the system and SWHC came up the cheapest plus they are experts on Lennox systems. They were on time and 5 hours later Viola, the new system were up and working. We are very happy with this Family Owned company and will stay with them. Thanks Jason and all your Staff. These guys have been servicing our A/C for over 10 years, and installed our last system. They responded quickly anytime we needed help, their techs are very reliable and knowledgeable and you can always get ahold of someone, including management if needed. I highly recommend them.

Caden was great, super nice and quick. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and kept me informed the entire time he was working. My a/c is working great again. I would definitely recommend.

Love working with Southwest Heating and Cooling. When I call the office the girls are super friendly. All the workers that have come to our unit are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been with this company for 12 years and we will continue to work with them. Thanks everyone
