had a great experience with South Side Containers and would absolutely use them again. Their pricing was transparent from the beginning with no surprises, which I really appreciated. Garrett communicated exceptionally well throughout the process, and I loved that I could simply text with any questions and always received a prompt response. The delivery and pickup process was smooth, professional, and exactly as promised. Excellent customer service and reliability can be hard to find, but South Side Containers delivered on both. I will definitely be using them again for my next renovation project and highly recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster or container rental.

Charlie the dispatcher took such pride and ownership I actually thought he was the owner. He was helpful and actually has a heart for customer service. I called and did not leave a message, I got a call a few minutes later and it was Charlie stating sorry I missed your call. I can assure you in this time and day most people or employees would have thought, well if they didn't leave a message I don't need to call them back. Charlie and his work ethic and customer service skills is a huge advantage for this company.

I use Southside containers every week for home use for renovations, and as a location to dump our light duty pickups at the end of the night and on weekends. The prices are extremely good especially if you value your time as opposed to taking it to the dump several times a week. flexible container sizes are great. I have frequently needed a next day swap or new container and as long as it’s in the container it’s on its way. The containers are a great size to back your truck up to or pull beside. They are all on good working order. Delivery is spot on. I would recommend them for your container needs whether it is for a home renovation, mixed use, or for business debris. It’s a good deal.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I received multiple quotes from local and national dumpster companies, and Southside was by far the most affordable with the longest time on-site. They’re a local company and can deliver on very short notice. High quality container with a timely removal.

The reason why I gave them one star was my neighbor had a dumpster delivered to her house they dropped it in front of my driveway. It’s a dark green dumpster with no reflector on it. When my wife went to leave for work this morning she backed into it and cause damage to her brand new car. I called and spoke to Gary he was more concerned if there was damage to the dumpster then if my wife was hurt. I would never rent a dumpster from this company nor would I recommend him on the way he handled the phone call this morning
