If you are frustrated with contractor estimates that really aren't estimates because they include possible overages of 10-20% and profit margins over multiple subcontractors then stop the madness and go to SMA.Your contracted bid is what you will be writing your check for. No games or surprises. How refreshing! The quality of the work was exemplary. David took his time thoughtfully evaluating and creatively planning and troubleshooting every aspect of our home's exterior rehab.He patiently explained and drew diagrams about the project and materials to be used and why, communicated about every step, kept the job site immaculate, and completed the work on time. His professionalism, humble manner ,expertise, and communication skills will impress you. SMA also stands behind their work with a guarantee written right on the contract. David did a fantastic job on our railing and walkway. The last hurricane destroyed it. He rebuilt it and now stronger than ever.
I can't be happier with everything Dave did, it looks fantastic! New Metal Roof, Stone Work, Windows, Door, Paint. His communication throughout the entire project was spot on! He hit our deadline without issues! He's my guy going forward, there is no need to call anyone else!

My husband and I could not be happier with the work SMA did for us! Our tile roof was damaged by Ian and we decided to replace it with a metal roof. So happy we did!
