This review is a bit more personal. About a month or so ago, I was having car trouble. My alternator belt popped which drained my battery and my van completely shut down. Luckily before it did I was able to pull into their parking lot and not only did their amazing receptionist Mary make sure I was okay and let me sit in the AC until closing but two absolutely amazing guys helped me without asking for approval. Jack and Charles were so amazing and my dad and I couldn't have been more grateful for you and to you. I think this team works so beautifully and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Charles and Levi are professional, caring, and take absolute pride in their work. We experienced a hiccup during the process, and they were amazing at resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. I cannot express enough gratitude for how well they handled the situation. This is a truly great company, and I highly appreciate their outstanding customer service and integrity. Highly recommend!

Larry and Conner were exceptional!! Both were very courteous, professional and did great work for me the 2 times they came. I was very pleased and impressed with Michelle and Caitlin as well. I have referred Shane’s already and would definitely want their services again if needed.

Our family friends at Shane’s AC always go above & beyond with any AC needs. A lifelong connection that I can always depend on. I know they all will be honest, cordial and trustworthy with their quality of service. They jump right on coming to help quickly & have consistently been excellent. When any of their service team comes for maintenance or to inspect a problem, they explain what they find then provide a cost effective option. I just had Mason out (owner Shane’s son) for yearly service maintenance. He spent a lot of time showing me each issue then after considering the options provided, he worked hard to have them take care of promptly to help keep my unit keep running smoothly. Mason spent a long time at my house working outside & up in the attic to be sure everything was perfect before he left. I highly recommend Shane’s AC & his family friendly solutions team!!!!

Shane came to the rescue and replaced our bad, horrible-to-own Goodman system. He showed up with a crew of professionals and got our house up and running in hours. I highly recommend them. They are super professional, honest, and always seek the customers' best interests.
