Service pro team was on time, professional, and customer service was great! Steve installed my minisplit and it is working well and the team address all questions promptly. I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company. My air conditioner went out around 9pm last night. Another company was supposed to come by 11 and they never showed! Called several places until i found Service Pro's. Steve came out within 20 minutes.. and this was now midnight!! He got it fixed super fast. He was very nice and understood the urgent need due to my cancer fighting elderly dad that lives with us. Great prices and even better customer service. Don't waste your time calling others, call Service Pro's.
We had such a bad experience. Our back bedroom still has water damage from the tech stepping on the drain line in the attic, and they only gave us $250 off because they said it’s not their fault that they stepped on the drain line and flooded our back bedroom causing major water damage. Do not use this company they do not take accountability for their actions. 4 months later we are still trying to save money to fix what they broke.
