Daniel is the best waiter at Sam Snead’s. I have never since him upset or in a bad mood He is always positive and happy. If a patron upsets him you would never know it. He is a gem! Keep the happy hour all day going for the summer and return to happy hour until 7 pm in the fall. It was a big mistake cutting it back. Would love to see the corn beef sandwich return. I love the Caprese flatbread and the chicken with broccoli pasta. They are the best!

Had the shrimp special and it was delicious. Shrimp were stuffed with crab meat and wrapped in bacon came with fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes. One of my favorite meals there is the short ribs. The employees are awesome and very attentive. Most of them have been there a long time and do an excellent job. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful manicured golf course.

I stopped in for light food and a drink at the bar after my bike ride. Laura had great suggestions and I was super happy. Laura was attentive, professional and I loved the Thai crispy shrimp. She is a great team member at Sam sneads! Will be back!

I’d probably rate this about a 2.5–3 star experience overall. The highlight of our visit was definitely the service. The staff up front greeted us warmly and were friendly and helpful, and our server checked in regularly and gave thoughtful recommendations. The team clearly cares about providing good hospitality. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the level of service. At around $30–40 per person, I was hoping for a bit more attention to flavor and preparation. The teriyaki salmon tasted like smoke (and had zero teriyaki flavoring) and was served with what seemed like frozen mixed vegetables that also lacked seasoning, the "Asian vegetables" that they said came with it was just sauteed kale? The fish and chips were a bit overcooked, which made the texture somewhat rubbery. The fries also could have used a little more seasoning. The space itself will appeal to some diners, and the patio is especially cute. Still, the interior felt too bright and way too open concept without much variation or depth to the design. Adding a bit more warmth or dimension to the space might help create a more inviting atmosphere. It's a sea of chairs and tables with zero space division. Overall, the staff was wonderful, and with a few adjustments to the food and ambiance, this could be a really solid dining experience, but after 3 visits, I wouldn't recommend this place for food of any sort.

Food and service were on par for clubhouse expectations. Nothing bad. The biggest issue was the burger being over cooked, along with the egg on it. French Onion was excellent with rich broth, well cooked onions and plenty of cheese. It’s cool to see the memorabilia and photos of Sam’s career.
