Horrible. They started the title before the inspection, then charged me for it when I backed out. They 'didnt receive' my wire transfer even though I was charged to send it and recieve it back. They refused to give me a receipt after I handed the earnest money to them in person. None of these things are good business practices, amd made me feel very uncomfortable.
I can't believe that after literally 1000s of closings with Salle, I haven't yet written a review!! Cam, Peter, Julia, Danielle, Kristen, Judy... the list is endless. I guess I'll throw Justin in the list too. We are closing one today in a few hours with them and Julia has been on the front end of it (paralegal) and has just done a stupendous job. I imagine I'll see Peter or Cam to handle the closing. Thankful for the long relationship we have had (since 2010). I can count on these guys to be emotionally intelligent, take care of our mutual clients with care and be great partners overall!
