Jafar provided as excellent service. I wanted a flat garage/kitchen roof pitched but there were problems due to the location of windows. Jafar explained various options, drew up plans to show me what each option would look like and once a decision had been made, applied for planning permission and building regulation approvals which were granted. Would highly recommend Jafar's services.

Partial loft conversion into a habitable room with windows on 3 sides to maximise light. A very challenging conversion due to W-Truss loft design. Persepolis initially offered a quote for architectural drawings for buildings control approval. This was followed up by a fixed price contract to manage the build project, immediately, at a time when I was getting little interest from other builders who were all too busy. The work was conducted between August and December. Probably longer than planned due to very challenging weather conditions. Disruption, however, was minimised and the building team were always very professional resulting in an excellent finished job. Final inspection due in the next few weeks but the structural steel work has already been inspected so no problems expected. Would recommend for anybody who wants a building job project managed and according to agreed contract prices. Paul and Sarah
