I started going here because of waking up on a Saturday about a year ago hardly able to move thanks to pain in my back. After a series of visits to help this issue, I now go once a month for what I call a tuneup. I have not have a problem with my back locking up ever since going to the ProAdjuster Clinic. It takes minutes. I arrive on time, am seen right away, and leave shortly after. Everyone is very welcoming.

I went to this office looking for help specifically with TMJ/jaw alignment after past dental surgery. I have more dental work that needs to be done but my Tmj/jaw alignment needed to be completed first. The staff and doctor were very welcoming, and I was super nervous but they made me feel comfortable during my first visit, which included a consultation, X-rays, and therapy — but no adjustment. At my second appointment, I was told I have stage 2 arthritis in my joint, which I’m grateful they caught. However, I was informed I wouldn’t receive an adjustment until the 4th visit, and that I’d need to come in again (and pay) just to discuss payment options. As someone paying fully out-of-pocket without insurance, this was frustrating — especially since I came in primarily for TMJ treatment and expected to receive clearer, upfront pricing and treatment details earlier on. The lady in the office knew my situation after I told her if I’m not getting an adjustment I’m not paying and I will go somewhere else. So she threw the word adjustment making it seem like I was going to get one, she made me pay up front instead at the end. So she knew what to say just to get a payment out of me And I still walked out with no adjustment along with being even more frustrated. While everyone in the office was kind and professional, the 4-appointment process and costs weren’t the right fit for me. I just wish the timeline and structure had been explained more clearly from the beginning. It may work well for others, but unfortunately it didn’t work for my situation.

If I could leave a minus 1(-1) I would. This business appears friendly at first. The truth is they are all about the money. Thinking I was paying cash for my sessions, when asked about my insurance I thought nothing about it til months later. I had no idea they were billing them because I was paying cash. They started sending me text saying my payment didn't clear my account, which they DIDN'T have permission to touch, then the insurance send papers saying they only paid for 1 session. I was shocked they were billing my insurance because I was paying cash so why try to get any more funds from my insurance also. They kept making me appointments, and kept sending bills to my insurance and my insurance kept denying them. After knowing the insurance was not going to pay, they called me into an office give me the outstanding bill they say I owed and that my cash had been used for copayments. When I found this out I was LIVID and stopped treatments immediately. They are not trustworthy.

The staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. I have been having neck issues for years. Finally finding relief between manual adjustments, machine adjustments and physical therapy. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very lovely and sweet, and the time period you're in for each appointment (minus the ones where you discuss how things have been going or what your process will look like) are pretty quick~. Also they do X-ray you and give you and end date treatment plan, for those wondering! Main reason why I changed from my old one to them instead, and I don't regret it~. Jess also suffers chronic migraines (one of the final straws that got me starting to finally go), and very much listens and related and empathizes with anyone of any age dealing with pain that isn't normal 💖💖
