Was just seen today. Staff was amazing. The medical assistant was a vibe for me. She listened and engaged and all while still professional. The PA Eric was amazing as well. Very down to earth even the manager over the building. Eric was so kind enough to double back and talk to me about some things in my chart I told him about as he seen anyway but it was what needed to be discussed, but he doubled back to talk to me about The importance, and I love that he showed that type of concern that lets me know he cares and would do what’s needed for his patients. AWSOME TEAM…….
From check in to check out- professional yet personable staff. Easy to discuss concerns and truly listened to patient. Explain options/care thoroughly and checked for understanding. Fast check in met with a smile. Will use in the future if needed again. Great experience. Visit less than one hour.
This was my first time to this urgent care. Everyone was so nice & professional. James, Barbie & Gilian were wonderful. James the NP was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that I could understand vs medical terms that most of us don’t know. Hopefully I don’t have to go back ;) but I’ll be going here in the future, if needed. Thank you!
We always have a great experience here. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite, the lady in triage was very nice and the PA was great. I had my two kids with me and there was one chair in the room, other than the patient’s table. The Triage Nurse was so sweet to go get an extra chair to bring in there so everyone had a place to sit while we were waiting.
Very happy with booking available appointments online and pleasantly surprised with the personable staff at the Woodruff Road location. James was very friendly, helpful, and a good listener. Great personality while being professional too. The doctor was patient and very informative. Welcoming environment and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
