I contacted Preferred Travel for booking my parents' first trip to the US. Jessica is one of the best agents to plan any trip with. She was quick and efficient with her replies. The tours and hotels I booked with her provided my parents with some of their most memorable moments during their trip. We also booked a Royal Caribbean cruise with her during this trip and Jessica put in great efforts to ensure the trip was well managed and executed without any hitches. She made sure we received all our trip documents before hand and even went to the extent of sending a copy of them to the first hotel we checked in to. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jessica and Preferred Travel to plan any trip.

We were very fortunate some three years ago when our long time travel agent retired to be referred to Preferred Travel of Naples. Since that time, and up until Covid struck a year ago, we have used their services to book a round the world trip, two excellent cruises, trips to Russia and Iceland and numerous flights, both domestic and international. On every occasion their experience and attention to detail has been exemplary and made our trips both enjoyable and without concerns.
