Multiple pairs of pants they were selling had very obvious period or discharge stains on them. I pulled these out and placed them down like this to show an employee and they hung them back up. So gross!
My experience here was extremely disappointing. The evaluation process lacks transparency, pricing is inconsistent, and the selection in-store doesn’t reflect the standards they claim to have. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. I expected better from a resale store that markets itself as trendy and selective.
I’d give 0 if I could. The girls who work there were so rude. It was 5:30 when we went in (yes, they close at 6) and the girls working there were trying on clothes people had brought in but wouldn’t let us try on anything and said the dressing rooms were closed. She said “We can do this because we work here.” Needless to say my husband and I left. Definitely would look elsewhere lol
I think it’s weird they don’t buy clothes over size 40 as if those people don’t deserve discounts or something ! But we found somewhere who don’t discriminate on woodruff rd called Uptown !
The best selection and staff 👌 🙌 very clean store ..quick friendly checkout by such sweet girls ..love yall def got andersons store beat ..thats why I make the drive ..
