My partner bought me an Indian Ring neck parrot from here only 3 months ago. From the moment we got him, we thought he was unwell, we were told he got attacked by another bird in the same cage as him (he is still just a baby) they tried to tell us he was 3 months old when we got him, but the vet says he is between 3-4 months now! His beak was severely damaged and will never heal properly. We have just found out the reason his feathers are falling out and not growing is because he could possibly have beak and feather disease so if that is the case, I do have to put my little mate down and I will be taking further action. After hearing similar reviews, I do not recommend buying a bird from this place! Very sad & disappointed. Will be in contact with the store!!

I foolishly bought a young cockateil from this store. The information was partly correct and not so. I was told that cockateil was 8 months old . On the second day i took it to a vet for a check up. I was told by vet that the cockateil was only 8 weeks old.. The vet asked me where I bought the cockateil and I told him where. He said that was a mistake and spoke not very highly of this place. However I thought I could care for her. Yes she was hand tamed but unfortunately she passed away on the 5 th day. Due to stress and not being fully mature. Red Flags . I am gutted and feel guilty regarding my lack of knowledge regarding her. However this shop is looking for quick Sales and tell you what you want to hear.

Zero star review. Horrible husbandry standards with birds and fish in filthy, overcrowded enclosures. No enrichment or toys provided with birds clearly showing stereotypical behaviours through boredom. Fish dead or dying in their tanks. Do better

I bought a pair of Alexanderine Parrots from here over 12 months ago when I got home I wasn't very happy to see my female couldn't fly properly and still cant to this day they won't even refund my 500 dollars Aimee and John you both have lost me as a true loyal customer for ever as you sold me a eastern Rosella that had flying issues to im glad you took that one back but as for me I won't be back ever as my Alexanderines will never get to breed cheers Mark in Echuca. Good bye

I have loved this place for a long time I go there randomly and see the birds and rabbits I always get my birds from there I love it there
