Bought a very large order for my business in Feb 26, most of the order arrived filled with live Hide Beetles and larvae. Sent emails for 4 months only one response after 3 months “send it back”. To which I responded : It’s against Australian biohazard laws to knowingly send these items back via post. as I explained. I sent videos, pictures and now no response. As a reputable breeder who buys large quantities of natural treats for my dogs, my guardians and my families. I find this type of behavior unacceptable. I see they have an eBay store as well. I hope eBay at least makes them refund their buyers when items are infested. I would avoid this business. Very disappointing, their reputation among breeding groups is abhorrent.

I have made several purchases through this company but this will be my last. By mistake, I ordered pig ears instead of pig snouts. They ageed that I could return the pig ears in exchange for the pig snouts. I returned the ears, at my own expense, and never received the pig snouts. I emailed them several times and they never responded. I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

I have made purchases from this company many times, both directly and also through eBay. One time there was a problem, but I emailed the company and received a refund. They dispatch orders very quickly and except for that one time, I haven't had a problem with quality. I have just purchased some bully sticks (again), so I will definitely purchase from BDPS again. I'm disappointed to see the negative reviews, but that hasn't been my experience at all.

Disgusted!!! Bought 4 kilos of mixed dog treats, recieved them only a week ago and the bags all had maggots within them. Company won't return my emails!

Bought an order of approx $400, most of the products were good but two of the products came infested with lavae and bugs of some sort. I emailed them and got zero response. Poor customer service that I now see, seems to be the norm. Disappointed in now wasted product/money and lack of response, I won’t be buying from them again. Edited to add upon packaging more treats for my business I found more larvae and bugs in more products. Extremely disappointed about the money I have wasted, I am only a very small business so it’s a big loss for me. But even more disappointed in their lack of care or response.
