Losing my beautiful 11-year-old St Bernard, Amber, was one of the hardest days of my life. After she suddenly lost the use of her back legs on Monday, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. She was my best friend, and I couldn’t bear the thought of her being left somewhere waiting. A recommendation from a friend led me to Renwicks Animal & Pet Cremation Services, and I’m so grateful it did. From my very first phone call with George, nothing was too much trouble. I let him know Amber’s name, breed, and what time we would be arriving, and everything was handled with such care and compassion. When we arrived, George and his brother welcomed us and carefully prepared Amber in their Chapel of Rest, giving my family the time and privacy we needed to say our final goodbyes. They treated Amber with such dignity and respect, and their kindness made an incredibly difficult day just that little bit easier. To receive Amber’s ashes back the very same day meant the world to me. The service was so personal, caring, and professional from start to finish. I cannot thank George and everyone at Renwicks enough for the compassion they showed my family and the love they showed Amber. Saying goodbye to our beautiful girl Kyra has been one of the hardest things we've ever gone through, but the care and compassion shown by George and the girls at Renwick Animal & Pet Cremation Services made such a painful time a little more bearable. From the moment I contacted them, they treated Kyra with the utmost dignity and respect, and showed us genuine kindness and understanding. They took the time to gently explain everything, never rushing us, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. Knowing Kyra was in such caring hands gave us real comfort. When we received her ashes, everything was handled so thoughtfully and with such care—it truly meant the world to us. We will always be grateful for the compassion they showed to both Kyra and us. We couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and supportive service during such a heartbreaking time, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet.

I cannot thank the George at Renwick Animal and Pet Cremation Service enough for the incredible care he provided for our beloved Poppy. From the moment we reached out, he went above and beyond to make a devastating time just a little bit easier. George greeted us with such warmth and genuine compassion. It was clear from the start that Poppy was in safe, respectful hands, which gave our family immense peace of mind. What truly touched us were the special, thoughtful details that made all the difference: The Chapel of Rest: We were so moved by the stable that has been converted into a beautiful Chapel of Rest. It felt incredibly special to us because Poppy was actually born in a stable; seeing her final resting place mirror her first made the experience feel complete and deeply personal like a full circle . The Craftsmanship: The casket provided for Poppy is stunning. The quality of the work and having her name beautifully inscribed made it a wonderful tribute to her memory. The Atmosphere: George handled every step of the process with a level of grace and dignity that we will never forget. Thank you, George for treating Poppy like the family member she was and for giving her such a meaningful send-off. We are forever grateful.

We have recently used Renwick APC and found they were efficient, trustworthy and empathetic. This small family business looked after us and our beautiful dog with such kindness and compassion. The drive up to their house is so peaceful and beautiful.. A perfect setting for a pet crematorium. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
