We lost our beloved Ozzy yesterday We contacted NEPC who arranged it so We could take Ozzy straight there. The staff were fantastic as we were all very upset. The lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) arranged everything there and then without any issues. We returned today as arranged to bring Ozzy home. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you as you made a terrible time for us more bearable. The Smart family & Ozzy
Finally got my dog home and was so comforted by how she was presented. Her paw and nose prints are lovely, one has got her entire nose, mouth and chin. The vets dealt with everything on our behalf so I’ve not had direct contact with the crematorium but I can’t help but feel like my gentle girl was handled with care. Thank you
I would like to thank the staff at PCS for looking after our beautiful Sally spaniel she was nearly 16 years old . I went to collect her today and the lady that greated me was lovely didn't catch her name. Very helpful about the urn I am so so pleased and it was important to me that they left Sally s collar and lead on because her disk and clip wer in the ashes. We used this company through the vets we used to come to our house I am so pleased we did. On reading the other reviews I didn't know you could get a nose print I am gutted . But thankyou for the service that you provided for us and Sally xx❤️
Sadly we had to make the decision to help our beloved Beau make his final journey over rainbow bridge. We decided to use PCS after receiving a booklet from our vets. The following morning distressed I rang PCS and spoke to a lovely lady to request more of Beau’s hair for our family. The lady I spoke to was very compassionate and understanding towards me and rang the vets on my behalf as Beau had not arrived at that point. I thought this was a nice touch as I was too upset to ring the vets myself. Beau arrived back to us in a beautiful presentation box and a beautiful urn we had picked for him we also requested paw prints and hair which we received. We also received a certificate to say Beau was had been individually cremated. We can take comfort that Beau was given dignity and care by this company. Beau will always have a massive part in our hearts and will always miss him. We would like to thank PCS for their caring and professional attitude throughout such a sensitive time.
Unfortunately we had to take our dog Pepsi in who sadly died in the early hours of the 26/4/23. We rang at 8am and they quickly booked us in for 9am. The lady who dealt with us (sorry forgot name) was brilliant, so compassionate towards us but especially to my wife, told us what would happen and eased our broken hearts. The guy who helped carry our dog out of the car was great too, 24hrs later we had our girl home with us. Couldn’t of asked for better service and the presentation box was beautiful. Thank you for looking us and our beautiful Pepsi.
