The care, compassionate and services we received has been exceptional from Trevor. We were faced with the heartbreak of loosing our beautiful girl lottie and from contacting Trevor he has health with all my wishes and sent lottie on her way playing the music that is precious to us. The keepsakes are perfect and attention to detail. I highly recommend this service and feel a peace of knowing my girl was taken care of before crossing the rainbow bridge. Thank you

Thank you to Hearts to Heaven for treating my baby so well and giving him a beautiful send off. I contacted him last night and he managed to organise time for Gus today, ensuring all my wishes were met. He delivered him back home to me himself. If you are needing a cremation for your beloved pet I couldn’t recommend their service more.

Thank you so much Trevor, you made a very difficult time so much easier. We lost our lovely little cat very quickly yesterday and to have her home already means so much. Hearts to Heaven is beautifully set up and very respectful. I was given the time I needed to say goodbye and never felt rushed or pressured in to anything. Trevor has set up an amazing space to allow people to say goodbye to their pet family members and to have a much better awareness of what is happening. I'm so grateful to have been able to take the time needed, it's a memory I will certainly treasure. Thank you so much.

Sadly we needed to have our boy (Ptolemy) cremated on Monday. Trevor went above and beyond to make sure our boy was truly looked after. He was respectful and kind and handled our grief with care and kindness. He even asked if I would like a song playing at the time! We collected his ashes last night and once again Trevor provided a totally unexpected little keepsake. We cannot recommend his service highly enough. Someone who truly understands how we were feeling and allowed us time to properly say goodbye. We are so glad we took his advice and placed our boy in the Goodbye Room - my last visual memory is Ptolemy resting on the altar looking so relaxed and peaceful - thank you!

I cannot recommend hearts to heaven enough. Unfortunately my Ruby passed away and I was and still am a mess. Trevor was really compassionate I messaged him and he got back to me very quickly. He collected Ruby from the vets and informed me every step of the way. He asked what music I wanted and made her final journey the very best. I collected Ruby the same day she was cremated, the urn is beautiful and the touches from Trevor are incredible. I knew she was in good hands for her final journey. I cannot thank him enough during my time of need. He bought my girl home and I’ll never be able to thank him enough for that. If you need to have your beloved pet cremated you will not be disappointed with Trevor and Hearts to heaven. Thank you so much. ❤️
