Awful practice. Sent me all the way downtown to a defunct business for a prescription when it could have been sent to the local CVS that is next door to the practice - and I was already picking up a second prescription there from them! I called crying because I was lost (because the pharmacy was no longer in existence) as well as due to the unbearable pain I was in. Two days later I was sent a letter dismissing me. I've been with my original dentist for 15 years and had to make a switch. This practice called me too complex for them. The next, new, local dentist I tried loves me and has provided me with wonderful care. Do not waste your time, health or money at Pelham Links Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The office staff are also clueless and someone with half a brain with no experience could have handled my situation better. This practice was a terrible disappointment and should not even be in business. They do not prioritize the comfort of their patients and do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I’ve never liked the dentist because I get tense and uncomfortable; especially my jaw. This is my first time here and I loved it! The staff was very welcoming and my hygienist Viktoryya was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’d recommend this practice to anyone and especially Viktoryya for a hygienist. I feel like both Victoryya and Dr. Hurley really took the time to talk to me about my teeth and gums in way I’ve never had and personalized my care to give me the best outcomes with my oral hygiene.
Dr Powell and his assistant were very kind and patient with me. I’m new in the area and had a bad toothache. The clinic graciously fit me in on both a Friday and the following Monday. And said to call back if I’m not better soon. I am grateful for their availability and quality service in my time of need!!
These folks are above and beyond. I had a Friday afternoon tooth scare (because that never happens on a Tuesday morning) and they agreed to take a quick look and send me on to another doc if necessary. It wasn't, thank goodness, but their willingness saved me a possibly painful weekend. The office is beautiful, the staff is caring, and they could not have been more accommodating in agreeing to take a quick look. I am seriously considering transferring my dental care from Atlanta as we continue a dual living situation. Can't say enough good things!
Highly recommend. Very nice office, staff were all friendly, and Sarah was a great hygienist. Not to mention one of the best cleanings I’ve ever gotten.
