Job was done in a timely manner. The price was decent. The crew were respectful, cleaned up well. Reacted to my request in a timely manner. All in all great job, I would use them again.

Don't take a chance with your time and your money on this business...they're not the only show in town, I'd keep looking. We hire people to do work on our homes because we can't do the work ourselves. And when we do, we're putting our trust in the people we hire. Trusting that they're going to do what you agree to in your contract, trusting that they're going to follow through in every phase, and trusting that they're going to stand behind their work and their business and their name. "...we proudly serve our community with integrity, quality, and craftsmanship." "When you work with Old Florida Roofing, you're choosing a company that values local relationships, honest service, and long-lasting results". I'm still waiting for the part about "integrity" to happen...and local relationships and honest service. Valuing "long-lasting results" however...that one is true. They did my roof in 2023, I paid in full immediately and we all moved on. Discovered by accident 6 months ago that the permit was expired. The permit issued to this company, with this company's license number, for roof work at my address. They never followed through and got their job inspected. I notified the company immediately...I've gotten a wide variety of responses. "I'll pull the file and look into it"..."we'll call you back with a resolution"..."we'll talk to the guy who handled that and get back to you". One time even got a "I'll call you back in 5 minutes". Haven't gotten any calls back or resolutions, and the only direct point of contact, aside from the company's general number, no longer answers calls or texts. Job was done about 3 years ago and they've had 6 months to fix their mistake...now THOSE are some "long-lasting results". Take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of reputable roofing companies around.

Working with Ron and Old Florida Roofing was a breeze. Communication throughout the whole project, a great timeline for a (metal) roof, and competitive pricing. Will definitely be using them for all my future projects and recommending them to anyone needing a roof!

Went from shingle to metal roof. Old Florida Roofing did a great job, roof looks awesome. They are very pleasant and kept me informed. Would use again!
