My/our experience with Diana has been amazing! My wife is a trained counselor and I’m the veteran of many decades of therapy. Diana is in a two-way tie for first place among the therapists I’ve seen. She is gently probing, uncovering vital facts about my feelings, moods, and sense of well-being. She is sincerely interested I’m me and in our marriage. Through her subtle guidance I have found new emotional avenues and reached a new level in my search for peace and self confidence. I am very thankful to have her patient!
I have been in counseling majority of my life. When I made the change to leave my hometown of NY to SC it was challenging to find someone right for me and the needs I required in a therapist. I moved to SC in 2021 and months later I was so fortunate enough to meet Courtnie. She has gotten me through very sad and very scary moments. Always offering her self not just her services. Making sure that the door to communication was open and safe in and out of session. If you’re looking for genuine, honest and sometimes gentle therapy Courtnie is your girl. I’m alive today and still fighting because of her passion towards her clients. I’m very fortunate and you can be too 🤍
I have never had a bad conversation with Haley! She is very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. 100% has my stamp of approval for someone seeking therapy.
My physician suggested I talk to a Counselor about my PTSD. I went to see Diana Loffredo. Working with her has been an excellent experience. She is welcoming, very comfortable to talk to and genuinely interested in my recovery. She helped me identify what I am dealing with and to begin to get over it. I sincerely appreciate all she is doing for me. If you need assistance with any traumatic event Oceanic is the place to contact.
While upfront it was easy to get in for an appointment, after that the experience was horrible. The therapist, Natasha, consistently pronounced her patient's name wrong through 2 sessions and a phone call, despite our polite corrections. We did not feel seen or heard. They could offer no advice to help us. After telling us that everything was basically fine and they couldn't help us, she said she'd get back to me in one week with some referrals. After 3 weeks of not hearing back, she mentioned ABA therapy even though the the patient is not autistic. She also mentioned referring us a service/specialist that she then backed down and essentially said, "we know this is a trauma response, but there's nothing we can do". Possibly a halfway decent counselor for someone who just wants to chat, but not helpful for real problems and definitely not for children.
