On September 1, 2024 Our family lost our home to a fire. According to the fire Marshall it was listed as a100% loss. Robert of New World Builders LLC was there early that morning offering their services, and I accepted. Avelico Nunez and Robert met with us and reassured us quality and great pricing and they delivered. Most of all they wanted the New House to be the way I wanted, they went extremes to make sure that I would have my new home the way I wanted and delivered. A special thank you to Giovanni, Henry and Panna who went above their to make sure I was happy with the new construction, their professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend them for ANY JOB large or small and their office staff Gaudie you have been a blessing in making sure that the orders were correct and on time.
We are incredibly grateful for Avel, Kenny, and their entire team for the amazing work they did on a major home project, which included renovating a bathroom, installing flooring throughout the home, replacing drywall, and painting. From the very beginning, Avel made us feel confident that everything was in good hands. He was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way. Kenny was equally wonderful to work with and kept us informed every step of the way with clear, consistent communication, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. What impressed us most, beyond their professionalism, was the pride they clearly take in their work. The quality and craftsmanship were exceptional, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find a team that combines such high-quality work with kindness, integrity, and excellent communication. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had a hot water pipe burst in my ceiling. The leaking water ran between the pipe and the foam insulation, depositing water in several locations in my ceiling. After the pipe repair, New World Builders crew arrived to repair the ceiling. They were very competent and professional. They replaced the ceiling drywall, sanded and painted. No evidence of the ceiling leak remained. I would highly recommend this company.
Avel and Pana and the whole crew at New World Builders gave us our home back. I'm not sure where we would be with anyone else and I'm so glad we won't find out. They've be kind and generous and willing to help us where they could. Our home is now in order. I'm just so happy!
New World Builders did a phenomenal job on my kitchen, laundry room, crawl space insulation and Bathroom. My kitchen flooded and New World Builders came in , drew out the plan of how the kitchen is going to look along with the new tile flooring. My family and I were amazed of the results we received.
