I live in Michigan and when my neighbor called and told me my A/C had failed I had no clue who to call. I began my online search for HVAC contractors. I received several quotes and did my best to size up the different companies. I ended up using Jones Air Conditioning. Not because of the name but because of David Jones the owner. His bid was fair. He was professional and he made me, the customer, feel like he wanted to earn my business. He got my on the schedule quickly and his office was very organized. The installers laid down cloth in my condo and everything was clean and "cool" when they left. They came when they said they would and the job was completed in half a day. I would not hesitate recommending David Jones at Jones Air conditioning. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of establishing trust with a new customer and delivering on service and that's what I got from David.

I simply cannot say enough about David Jones, owner of Jones Air Conditioning & Electric. David responded to my voicemail message immediately and was at my door the very next day with a Nest Thermostat in hand. He was knowledgeable, efficient, exceedingly polite and a true professional. When I did not like the finish on the Nest Thermostat, he gladly came back the next day and switched out the unit with a different finish -AND didn't charge me extra. It was clear my satisfaction was David's main goal. I wish all contractors/service people were like Jones Air Conditioning and Electric. Highly, highly recommend!!

Our a/c went out Monday afternoon I called Jones Air Conditioning and Mr. Jones the owner came out to check that same afternoon The motor in the a/c unit and other parts had to be replaced. Very courteous and a professional his office called me back the next morning and right away his crew came out that same day and our a/c started working again. I would highly recommend Jones Air Conditioning very happy with their prompt service in getting our a/c to work again. Will definitely be using them for any future repairs or replacement. Thank you Mr. Jones and his team.

We have used Jones AC and Electric for the past 3 few years. We have always been very pleased with their service and their rates are reasonable. The technicians work efficiently and do good work. I think the fact that employees are not on a commission is important. We have used companies with commission employees and they were always finding problems that they recommended be fixed.

The owner David Jones himself came to my home and gave me the estimate. During the installation I was notified that there was a part missing but because it was a mistake by them there would be no charge. The part was installed weeks later and I received a bill for $150. After explaining the circumstances to the owner and NOT approving additional expenses the owner proceeded to use foul language and hung up the phone. If this is how the owner of the business conducts himself and does not stand by his estimate I would never recommend doing business with someone like that. Needless to say they lost a longtime customer.
