I had a great experience at this Pack-n-Ship. I had three wooden pictures I needed to ship, and needed them packed. They did a great job of packing them in bubble wrap and foam peanuts. Price was great and they took very good care of the pictures. They arrived safe and sound halfway across the country via FedEx. They were also very friendly and helpful in providing options and even cut down one of their boxes so they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had my folks antiques, fine china, art, and family heirlooms shipped from Florida to Boise, Idaho after they passed away. Every single piece was carefully packed and shipped on two pallets. I was very impressed with their care- not even a single piece of glass broke. I felt the cost was quite reasonable-- about $3,200.00 for two large pallets of items. I highly recommend - could not be happier-- great job.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Be aware of bad attitudes from “Sarah Santoro” which was defiant, hostile and un attentive to my needs, contradicting herself in her own saying, horrible service, avoid this kind of place at all means !!!! One star was way to much to give there are many other options with excellent customer service. This is a disrespectful business and they should be ashamed of there false justifications towards the customer it shows how crooked they are, when I ask if it was correct and she handed me a piece of paper to verify if my signature was the same as the one on the affidavit, as I answered, the signatures are never gonna be the same, I signed the paper and asked her are they the same? And did my signature two more times and after all the hassle she then said I didn’t matter if it matched or not meaning that if I didn’t she would have used the first one I brought in so much for integrity I did another signature and asked her again with no answer,. When she couldn’t answer if they were the same she bluntly tried to embarrass me in front of other customers that were there (which she did not achieve, when you are in the wrong is when you are embarrassed) Then she started getting hostile and defiant, and said that it didn’t matter if it didn’t matter, why would you make me sign from the beginning, it is clear how mediocre and lack of professionalism that this store has I will do my best to inform everybody on how disrespectful this store is, it shows the lack of respect just by the way the counter answer was. Don’t be fooled just as they took sides with her,.. The same will happen to anybody that goes there and need of good direction and be treated as a paying customer. When someone comes to my business wrong or right you will be treated majestic and always want to come back, as I sit down and teach my employees how to dealt in a professional way to our customers who are bring us business and not accusing them of being a delinquent. Now that is disrespectful and you should professional.
