I would like to thank LGI Homes for making the buying experience so fast and easy for my parents to buy their dream home. Anthony Maldonado took the time to go everything about the house, and made clear expectations on when they would be able to close on their home. They found the home they liked and were able to close today on their last day of the month! Excellent work and great team with Anthony, Chris and Kevin! Would definitely recommend more of my clients to them!
You don't usually see the good reviews. People who are happy with their purchases often don't take the time to write one, so it's easier to find negative reviews. Being 100% honest, our experience with LGI Homes has been very satisfying. The quality of the homes is 10/10, our experience dealing with the seller/builder was 9/10, and the mortgage company they use is 10/10. If you have a lot of questions, they will answer them and guide you through the entire process. The only advice I would give is this: before you sign anything, talk to both the seller and the mortgage company. Ask about the different interest rate programs they offer so you have options. I’ve been dealing with Anthony and Becky all the way through the process till closing, when I tell you they are amazing at what they do and they tell you straight up how the process is going to be, there communication was top tier for me. I would recommend a friend definitely 😎
