Broke down at night made a call and they were there in 30 min. 2 days later needed the car towed to the shop. Amazing service and took great care of my car. Big thank you to Mason as he was outstanding and very friendly. Would recommend them if you need a tow.

K&W Towing 239 in Florida has left me thoroughly disappointed with their service. From the moment I called for assistance, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. First, the response time was abysmal. I waited over an hour longer than the estimated arrival time, and when the driver finally showed up, he seemed indifferent to my situation. His attitude was dismissive, as if my need for assistance was an inconvenience to him. Additionally, the pricing was unclear and seemed exorbitant. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when the bill arrived, it was significantly higher without any clear explanation. This lack of transparency felt deceptive, and I ended up feeling ripped off. Furthermore, the vehicle handling was concerning. The driver was reckless while loading my car, and I feared for its safety. I had hoped for a reliable towing service, but instead, I was left anxious about potential damage. To top it off, the customer service after the towing was just as disappointing. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with rude responses and a lack of willingness to rectify the situation. In summary, my experience with K&W Towing 239 was overwhelmingly negative. Poor communication, unclear pricing, and unprofessional behavior make it a service I cannot recommend. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable towing company.

Worked with Jose to unload 3 vehicles from multiple ocean freight containers. He was efficient, super competitive in pricing and very communicative throughout the entire process. They arrived on time as scheduled and were in and out super quickly without wavering on quality. Thank you Jose for all of your help and we look forward to working together again when we have the need in the area!!! Highly highly recommend.

I was in a bad accident and my car was towed to this lot. Audrey was fantastic. Fast, friendly, amazing service. Hands down the best tow company I've worked with. She helped me getting my items out of the vehicle digging through glass to make sure I had everything i needed while i wasnt in the best frame of mind. Thanks K & W towing i will 100 recommend you guys in the future!
