Dr Harris and his staff and even their facility is impeccable. They are precise and professional and friendly and warm and put me at ease. He operates out of strong faith and moral convictions, and you can see it in the way they conduct business and in the way that they treat their patients
I have been gone for the years because of insurance and I’m so glad to be back! I love Dr.Trey! Plus the whole office staff and techs are great ! I was late and the took me right in and the young lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice and very professional! She did a wonderful job on my teeth! I hope to see her again in 6 months! I feel like I’m back home!
It was my first visit to this office as I was transitioning from another office. The staff at Greenville family Dentistry are very welcoming, Dr. Harris, was professional, down to earth, and my hygienist was professional, polite, and all of the above! It was a pleasure to have them during my cleaning. Lorena was very attentive through out my entire visit! Lorena thank you for everything today! Awesome staff @ 920 South Batesville rd!
Thank God for Dr. Harris and his incredible staff. I have a LOT of anxiety from prior bad experiences and so far they have taken immaculate care to ensure that I am comfortable. Dr. Harris went above and beyond when I was in severe pain and helped me late into the night until we were able to get it under control. I think highly of him and appreciate that he is honest with me about my treatment plan. His hygienist are great at helping with my anxiety and the front office is kind and just the best. I’m so thankful I found them. I will not be going anywhere else from here on out.
I didn’t have a pleasant experience. I found the doctor to be rude. He needs training on how to talk to someone with Autism and he seems to have an issue with special needs in general. At one point I was told YOU ARE NOT NORMAL and I find that to be a weird and hurtful choice of words. He said he wouldn’t want an eloper as a patient (I was seeking sedation due to neurodivergence). Not an autism friendly facility imo. The lady was much nicer than he was- the assistant helping him. Much more gentle. My teen daughter was with me and once in the car she repeatedly expressed that she thought he was very rude very mean to me, her words, and she thought it was crazy that he pretty much kicked things off trying to shoo me out the door. He did refer me to someone who might eventually help me, but I think the way he spoke and carried himself today was shocking. Maybe I’m overly sensitive.
