Long and short I have been involved with businesses that focused on providing world class customer service and a wide bandwidth of merchandise including custom installations and service. Our company markets AA batteries on one end to the design equipment purchase and installation of Custom Media Systems,security systems and automation including lighting control and distributed music systems. The business focuses on both the residential and commercial markets. This was my career since I was 16 years old. I retired from the business 15 years ago or so but operated for 35 plus years. The company is still operating a very successful business. I wanted to share my initial experiences and thoughts about this firm. From the first call that I made the interview/ intake experience was spot on. Danial was incredibly patient and very thorough, on a side note he has incredible ability to type and articulate back what you have said. My next interaction was a follow up call on the same business day my inquiry was placed on. The bottom line with Jessica is she demonstrated skills that are not traits and values that a high percentage of people live their lives by. I became clear very quickly that she takes her job seriously and most impactful she demonstrates she truly cares about potential new clients and I’m sure existing clients. I’m dealing with a serious life crisis and I am very overwhelmed at this point. Jessica emailed me a comprehensive list of questions and needed documentation. She explained this will provide Mr. Garvin my potential attorney all the evidence so he can professionally evaluate my cases and personal situation. Once this is completed he will present his findings and recommendations to me. Jessicas follow up over the day was impeccable. At the end of the business day she provided a detailed action plan and timeline for my case to be reviewed. Mr. Gavin’s professional recommendations will be made to me so can make an intelligent decision on how to move forward with the mater. The firm has not excepted my case to date but I will make sure to update my experience. BW
