Very happy with my chairs from OzDesign. One out of 6 had a tiny spot of factory damage and Angela from the Bendigo store organised a replacement very efficiently. Would definitely deal with again in future. Fantastic customer service. Thank you
Buyer beware!!! Advertised as high quality — that is not what we received, and more concerning is the complete lack of integrity in how it's been handled. The sofa arrived with snags and loose threads. I was told to cut them off. A $100 refund was offered. That's their standard for a brand-new, full-priced lounge suite. Within five weeks of normal use, the fabric was pilling across multiple areas. OZ Design's written response was not to acknowledge a quality issue, admit to pilling and the solution is for me to purchase a de-pilling machine to maintain it. On a couch that cost nearly $2,000. Pilling was never disclosed at point of sale. When I lodged a formal claim with Oz Design, they proposed their technician to inspect that couch and then bill me $150 for the privilege. That is not an independent assessment. OZ Design's position, in writing, is that pilling after five weeks is acceptable. That is not my definition of quality, and I suspect it won't be yours either. The photos speak for themselves. They will not honour what they can avoid as under the ACCC pilling and quality is sadly subjective. I encourage you to shop elsewhere!
I have limited design and decor skills so really appreciated the help and assistance from Ange and her team. From designing which furniture suited me and my new house, to ordering, through to delivery and installation I cannot fault the effort made. Thank you and it looks fantastic.
Wow! Beautiful furniture at affordable prices and quick turn around times. Expert advice can be sought from staff. We’ve had the pleasuring of dealing with both Ange and Sue. Friendly staff, beautiful furniture and the store feels warm and welcoming. If you’re after furniture I’d look no further!
Hi There We recently purchased a lounge at Ozdesign, Bendigo We had a certain size we needed to fit in a certain area Maureen the sales assistant was wonderful. She was so helpful. She showed us a few, when we found one we liked she could tell us where it was manufactured, in Melbourne built by aussies. Yay She told us the lead time for delivery and after speaking to her, took her recommendation an purchase a five year warranty and a spray on fabric protector She made the whole process so easy and pleasurable. Maureen is a lovely lady to deal with. We would recommend going to Ozdesign, Bendigo for a great price, great quality, great service and great experience Thanks Rob n Kim
