The team at Elegant Living were incredible when I was picking out my new furniture. The quality and range of products is incredible and they were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful while I picked out everything from couches to cushions! Nothing was too much trouble and their delivery service was fantastic, professional and efficient as well. Amazing end to end service from the minute you step through their door.

Marcus from Elegant Living and Furniture in Bendigo is a very good business man. He was so helpful and friendly. He did everything he could to get me a new bedhead. Which I am very pleased with. Would shop there again. 3 days ago

I spent many hours in the store trying mattresses I have a bad back and I explained that to the man serving me he was helpful in explaining the mattresses and left me to decide what was best for me after spending days back and forth I decided on a mattress and made a deposit on a mattress that was already being delivered to the store regardless I came back in after 15 minutes to retract my deposit as I felt I needed to clear my head for a few days first I still wasn't sure. The owner that I was dealing with had left and a woman that I hadn't spoke with was there and I asked if I could have more time to think about it her reply was I think you have had more than enough time to think about it and that it's just a mattress having made me feel stupid about it. I decided to just get the mattress when it came in I felt that there was nothing I could do. When I got the mattress home I couldn't sleep on it i spoke to the lady and was told nothing can be done I understand that there is no return on a mattress but if I had been given my deposit back when I had cold feet I would not have been in this situation. I got to speak to the owner a week later when he was back in the shop and said he would of given my deposit back if he had been there and now nothing could be done I have now moved on and brought a new mattress keeping that one but still can't sleep on it i won't say the service was terrible because It was acceptable i just had a bad experience. I don't like how I was spoken to I don't think it should matter how long I spent in store even the owner told be I spent over 6 hours in store like it was a bad thing yes I should of pushed for my deposit back but I again was made to feel stupid about and I made a mistake. I even offered to lose some money on the mattress in return but that wasn't even an option. I understand there is policy in place but I would have hoped for some sempthany or advice.

We purchased a new bed yesterday and were very impressed with the service provided by Marcus the store manager we would highly recommend this business for all bedding requirements

Good service from @rock..he went beyond his way to help us..he drove 2 hours from Melbourne for a small issue and didn't even charged for it helped in other things as well..thank you guys keep it up
