Sharing my recent experience with william farmers funerals. With the recent passing of my beautiful mother ,I engaged in william farmers i was recommended by other families that have engaged with william farmers and said there care towards the loved one and amazing service was exceptional.so my experience was beyond words ,they took over from a phone call, at this stage mum was still at the hospital as it was a long weekend ,the first phone call was so caring treated me we so much respect and from the organising to the service was absolutely beautiful, they guided me through every step with so much empathy. What I thought was going to be a night mare I had not organised absolutely nothing. From start to finish and they kept me up to date with the whole process till the end and the empathy from this amazing team was beyond words my mother's funeral was absolutely beautiful. Had message and phone calls said it was absolutely beautifully put together. They even commented on the cleanness of the toilets they could see them selfs in the tiles ,and the out standing catering.thanks so much to adam,Allison Jan and team

The William Farmer Team made me feel at ease and in safe hands. I had to arrange my mother's funeral whilst living in Brisbane. They made everything seem effortless, guiding me all the way. All so kind, gentle and obliging. Thank you Becca. When I met Michael the celebrant it was like sitting down with an old friend. I felt he understood exactly what I was trying to convey. On the day of the funeral, he showed such warmth and compassion to my family and friends as did Alison and all the team. Your 24 hour/ 7 day a week service was extremely helpful for me. We have experienced the passing of two family members within the past 12 months, and on both occasions we appointed William Farmer. I would like to sincerely thank Jesse, Megan, and the wonderful team for their compassionate and professional approach during such significant moments in our lives. Nothing was ever too much to ask — they were patient, informative, and showed genuine care and emotion throughout the process. It’s clear that this business is deeply committed to providing a compassionate yet efficient service, and above all, the way they care for the deceased shines through profoundly. I have no doubt that William Farmer will continue to serve their community with the same level of integrity and kindness. We are so grateful for the care you showed to our beloved grandparents.

Jesse, Megan and all the team at William Farmer Funeral Directors were absolutely outstanding with the support and care they gave to our family in not only our immediate time of grief but afterwards as well.
