The Funeral Director, Madison, at Napier Park organised the most beautiful funeral service for my sister. Madison was very professional, knowledgeable and showed ongoing empathy to me and my family. The Visual Tribute was amazing! I have never seen such a magnificent tribute like this before. The whole experience with Napier Park Funerals was excellent: the planning, the funeral service, the printing of beautiful service booklets and the burial at the cemetery. In addition, we received the 'In Loving Memory' book and a beautiful Video book. Thank you sincerely, Madison!
Napier Park were very supportive, understanding and gentle during the time of our mothers sudden passing. They helped us create a beautiful send off for her that reflected her personality and allowed us to say goodbye. We thank the staff at Napier Park for their professionality, care and knowledge.
After attending a friend's Napier funeral service in January 2026 we lost our oldest family member (95 years) in March. We turned to Napier Park without hesitation for support and assistance. All of the Napier staff were wonderful and provided the necessary advice, being available whenever needed. As has been found by many other families, Ruth and Madison were excellent, and our Celebrant, Jan, provided a warm and personal service. In every respect Napier Park Funerals exceeded expectations.
Madison and the Napier Park team have been amazing. Madison has done such an amazing job. Everything was handled with so much care, respect and attention to detail.
