I would just like to say a massive big thank from the bottom of my heart to Steven and his team for organising everything from start to finish for my brother’s funeral on the 28/04/26. Yous were all absolutely amazing, professional, compassionate, supportive, and so caring throughout such a difficult time. The team kept us up to date every step of the way which made life so much easier. I will be forever truly grateful for their kindness and patience. Steven, you are an amazing man in all that you do. I would also like to thank Tracy the humanist for the beautiful service she held for my brother. My family and I would like to say a massive thank you to Steven and everyone involved at R W Barrett & Son for giving my mam and my dad a great send off. We lost both mam and dad within 5 weeks of each other but Steven and his team were professional, caring and totally respectful in every way. At a time when your head is a bit all over the place, they were able to provide advice on the type of service we wanted, flowers, order of service and they even arranged a priest for us. Thanks again for everything and if you need a Funeral Director who goes that extra mile then I would highly recommend R W Barrett to anyone.

I cannot thank Steven and all the staff at RW Barrett & Son enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to my family during such a difficult time. From the very first conversation, they treated my mam with the utmost dignity and respect, and supported us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they guided me gently through every decision with patience and understanding. Their kindness and attention to detail made a heartbreaking time a little easier to bear, and i felt completely reassured that my mam was in the best hands. The service itself was beautiful and exactly what she deserved. I would also like to say a special thank you for the headstone, which has been completed so thoughtfully and beautifully its exceeded my expectation's. It means so much to me to have such a lasting tribute to my mam. I am so grateful for everything they did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such a caring and professional service. Thank you again for everything.

When we sadly lost our Dad it left Mum lost for what to do next. She decided quickly that she would only trust Steven and his lovely team to take care of Phil for his last journey. Steven and the whole team were so caring and sensitive whilst Mum navigated this and they offered so much guidance and care which I know brought her great comfort. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for all that you did but I know that you offer this to everyone who crosses your door. You are a wonderful team who conduct yourself with grace and compassion, supporting families when they need it most. I cannot recommend Steven and the team highly enough for all that they do. Thank you to Steven and the team. From my first call to arrange my mam’s funeral to the actual day itself, they have been so helpful in guiding us through the process. They are extremely compassionate, considerate, professional and didn’t try to rush me into making decisions. Their help made everything easier at such a difficult time, for which I’m grateful.
