Being UK based I needed to send flowers to a friend and Karen was so thoughtful and patient with me, even when I messed thw address up. Its been a difficult time and I was rushing to send then flowers which was 100% my fault but Karen sorted it for me. Fantastic customer services, if I lived locally I would be buying from her weekly.

This week, The Flower Spot created a wonderful 'snow white box' arrangement for me, and the passion they have for their work clearly shows! I have a friend going through a tough time and to receive such a beautifully put together arrangement really brightened her day. I have never received, nor given, more beautiful flowers than what The Flower Spot can do. The flowers last so long (providing you take care of them), and even survive travel/transport in hot weather pretty well! The staff are great, always friendly, very helpful and the end product is always beautiful. 2 arrangements in the last week by The Flower Spot, both given and received.
