I had a great experience working with John at Floors in Greenville! From the moment we started, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped us pick the perfect flooring for our space, walked us through all the options, and made sure the project was completed on time and on budget. John genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for new floors!
They did a Amazing job from the start to the finish I could not believe how great my house look when you walk in we ask 3 other places to give. Us a price and one company came and very high price the other don’t show up but floors came and got it done here are some pictures
Simply phenomenal customer service! Tim, Tyler, and Patrick were so patient and helpful with me when deciding what flooring to purchase for my new patio enclosure. Do not use this company! Had flooring installed in May, ValuFloors (FLOORS) damaged several areas of my baseboards as well as charged for things they did not provide. We immediately contacted them via email and phone and never received a resolution or even a call back. Issues: -damaged baseboards (see photos), this is the result of sloppy removal. -caulk was not removed with a razor blade resulting in damaged drywall and ripped paint. -they charged us for new quarter round but reused our old quarter round (this charge was eventually removed but it’s unprofessional that we were charged for something not received). -charged for transition piece around fireplace, this was not done and our old transition was thrown away. Now we have to replace this out of pocket. -chipped and damaged door framing, this is from improper removal of baseboards. They are difficult to get ahold of but our primary complaint is poor install with no effort to fix any issues. We paid full price for install and now will be paying someone else to fix our baseboards. After several months of no contact, we received a intent to sue us for the remaining balance without resolving our issues. They finally removed the fraudulent charges for things they did not complete but offered no restitution for the damages. We paid the remainder in full. This honest review serves as a warning to others!

The quality is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Dawn Clark—she was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great floors and great service ! 👏
