I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Bendigo Flooring Xtra for the incredible work they’ve done replacing all of my flooring. From start to finish, the entire team—Michelle, Dale, Sue, Chris, and everyone involved—were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My home is a classic Bendigo-style cottage, and Michelle’s expertise was invaluable in helping me choose colours and materials that not only suited the character of the house but also worked with its uneven surfaces. The whole process was seamless. Communication was excellent, with clear updates at every stage—from ordering materials to delivery and scheduling installation—so I always knew what to expect. The attention to detail really stood out, with trims and replacement smooth edges included where needed and perfectly colour-matched throughout. Most recently, I had my sunroom updated with sheet vinyl, and the results are fantastic. I can’t recommend Bendigo Flooring Xtra highly enough for anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding service. I truly can’t thank the team enough!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team were so kind and helpful with my 89-year-old mum. They helped her choose the right carpet and were very understanding when she changed her mind later on. The carpet layers did an excellent job, and everything looks great. Big thanks to Sue, who went above and beyond. Really lovely people and great service — highly recommend!

I was absolutely blown away by how amazing this business is. They are very professional and very kind. The carpet and the rugs are of the highest quality and a more than reasonable price compared to other places. I HIGHLY recommend this place and ask for Caroline as she is an expert 😃

The team at Flooring Xtra went above and beyond with everything involved to make our new flooring experience special from the measuring quote to the floor staff and patience of us choosing the flooring the installers were absolutely fantastic very skilled and quick having done over 85sq meters in one day clean neat and tidy could not be happier with the whole experience I totally recommend Flooring Xtra Bendigo to anyone who needs any type of flooring for there home or business
