Great place to work out. Lots of membership options including casual ones for people like myself in town for a bit. The only place in town that didn’t force a bank withdrawal for membership. The equipment is a bit older but well maintained. Staff is always cleaning up. Good vibes, I will return if work takes me back to Bendigo

Great merch, meals and supplements on sale. The gym has a good selection of machines and plenty of free weight areas. They also saved my purchased sessions for over 1 year, which I was impressed with as an infrequent visitor to Bendigo.

I have been lifting for over 40 years, trained at many gyms, including OS and I'm pleased to say that Silverback is one of the best equipped, cleanest well run gyms I have had the pleasure to train at. Fantastic range of equipment, from free weights to machines and cardio. Clean hygenic gym. Great atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and very very helpful. Full range of supplements available. House music is good too. As soon as you walk in you can see and feel this is a well kept gym, Brad takes pride in his gym and it shows. Well done Brad, its a pleasure to train at your gym.

Great gym for a lifter, has all the things you need to get your workout done. Only has weights, and limited cardio machines though, so if you're interested in classes as well, they aren't here. Does have bathroom and shower facilities too. Bottom line, coming here is insane value. Memberships are very inexpensive, and for the traveler or casual user, $5 single visit passes are unique to Doherty's, with other gyms charging $15 or more for a casual visit.
