I've attended the group classes for a couple of years now and enjoy all of the ones I've been to. The classes are encouraging and non judgemental - just turn up and have a go. Coaches are approachable and friendly. I don't like that they change classes around, especially FitBox which was well attended, to introduce a new class multiple times a week (grappling).

Love this gym! The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. It’s got everything you need, great equipment, clean space, and a really positive vibe. Everyone here is kind and supportive. A great place to train, really large gym floor!

Great gym, staff are very friendly, but unfortunately the air cons are not on very much, I’ve started going to other gyms on hot days and it’s crazy how much harder I can push myself when the gym isn’t 30degrees. Would love to keep coming if the air con situation gets a bit better!

I’m 64 and a Quarry Hill local. This is a very welcoming and inclusive gym. It’s really good having 24 hour access. Equipment is modern, well maintained and good to use. The instructors and other clients are friendly - it’s nice to see other older coots attending. The cafe is a great addition.
