I had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow — I waited far longer than expected for my order, even though it wasn’t a particularly busy time. To make matters worse, instead of being served my food on a plate for dine-in as I intended, it was in takeaway containers without asking me. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. They showed little concern for the delay or the mix-up, and their attitude came across as careless. It felt like customer service wasn't a priority at all.
We ordered the American loaded fries, a chicken schnitz slider and schnitz on a stick. The food was pretty good when we got it. The place was half empty but it still took over 20 minutes for the food to arrive. A number of deliveries and pickups went out while we were waiting. Maybe we were a bit impatient because we had a train to catch, but it seemed a long time.
Restaurant was extremely hygienic, clean and tidy atmosphere Sophie, was extremely helpful in assisting us Very friendly attitude, well presented, definitely deserves recognition Food was immaculate Overall very pleasant experience
My family and I came in for dinner last night to celebrate my sons birthday! We ordered a variety of foods and it was all delicious. This was our first time here and our server Elliot took her time explaining the menu to us and explained all the different options. The service was fast and efficient, and the food came out in under 10 minutes! The staff came to check in on me and my family. I definitely recommend the plain and simple wrap and the ham Parma! The chips were super and fresh with the perfect amount of salt. I recommend this restaurant to families who like a yummy sit down meal.
