In 3 days the owner and his employee had my whole pc stripped, cleaned, parts replaced, and power supply fixed. These guys called me multiple times to ensure EVERYTHING was right and exactly what I wanted. I WILL be bringing EVRYTHING to these gentleman. Very informative, helpful, and overall good guys to have dealings with. Thank you ETR yall are amazing 100 out of 5 !!!!!!

BEWARE. Owner is incredibly incompetent when it comes to business standards. A price was a set, agreed upon, and paid upfront in total. Phone needed simple service to fix the front and back screens and a battery replacement. When came time to pickup the device, not only did he fix something else without my consent but demanded that I pay the extra price even though we only talked about and I consented to only one service and refuse to give me back my device. He then humiliated me and tried to kick me out— along with asking me what my ETHNICITY was and whether or not I was Hispanic. In what world does a professional, who fixes phones, need to know what my ethnicity is? How is that relevant, professional, or businesslike? I will be sure to tell my friends and coworkers to avoid this business. The irony here is someone close to me recommended this place. To make matters worse, the extra service that I did not consent to which was a port replacement, doesn’t let my phone charge past 50%. Be warey incase you are a person of any color because for whatever reason, that matters in a place that conducts technology business.

Highly recommend! This place deserves all five stars. They originally fixed my mom’s phone screen in under 30 minutes and even added a protective layer for free since she’s a returning customer. While picking up her phone, I asked about my laptop that kept shutting off. The owner, Jared, was transparent from the start, he explained what could be wrong and what they could do about it. A few weeks later, I brought my laptop in. They diagnosed it ($63, which goes toward the repair cost) and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within a week, my laptop was fixed and running smoothly again and the total cost was much less than I expected!! Jared, Jay, and his team really care about their customers. They’re honest, communicative, and work hard to get the job done right. 10/10 recommend for any phone, laptop, or electronic repair!!

The two guys on duty J & J were the best people in my time of need. Quick and efficient They even helped me with a minor issue after they completed working on my phone. I am forever grateful for these two and I wish them nothing but the best. Be sure to stop here for your cell phone needs. You will not regret it. Also, they were the most affordable that I found as well.

I will pick 0 but then it does not let me write review, almost a month were they keep “fishing” to see if the phone will start, no call back with updates then i will call and was told will call me back in 10 and no call back, then promise will get it fix by “Moe” the expert and after a week back to square one when the phone its turning on but not working to touch, then has the balls to tell me he will recommend someone else that can fix it… after they promise they will and nothing
