When purchasing a new iPhone, He throughly explained answers to my questions not only once but multiple times when I required more understanding. Absolutely the best customer service from the team and particularly Sebastian. Went into store late arvo/early evening with 3 kids on my own looking to purchase appliances for my new home. Had driven an hour to get to Bendigo and already dragged 3 kids, ages 4, 3 and 1 to 2 other stores. I was desperate to get what I needed so we could move that weekend. Nothing was too much trouble, other staff even helped occupy the kids so that I could get info from the salesman to ensure I was getting the products I needed and best suited. Left with everything I needed. Called up recently to get a new dryer and has even helped with the warranty on one previously purchased which is why I will just keep going back. Sales staff who actually care and help customers are just amazing!!
Great experience with Harvey Norman Bendigo. Alex took our order even though we live in Canberra. He was very kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about making sure everything was handled properly. He did a great job keeping us informed. We received our Canon G7X today, and it arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend! Thanks Alex.
I have shopped here for 25 plus years but will no longer. Purchased an Asko washing machine in June 25 for nearly $2000. The machine has had many issues and the computer programme face is now not working at all. Took it back this morning given it is still under manufacturers warranty hoping to exchange for new machine. Despite this the Manager Josh refused this option and insisted it would need to be assessed by a technician. Josh was not swayed by the long history as a customer nor the inconvenience to our household or air bnb business. This was even after he inspected the machine and confirmed it was not working. We went straight to the Good Guys and purchased a Bosch washer and heat pump dryer amazing service and we could not be happier. We have been assured that if there are any issues we can have exchange or refund. I have always shopped at KF Harvery Norman because l consider that there was good customer service but this is no longer the case and we are about to upgrade our fridge and l will go straight to the Good Guys .
I would like to say a big thank you to Tracey the sales woman. Not only did she give amazing over the phone service, which convinced my wife and I to drive over 100 km to come to see her. She gave us all her time to explain everything we wanted to know about the tempur adjustable bed range. Her unmatched knowledge of the bed range impressed me. She knew much more than just the price and how to push a sale. She detailed warranties, structure and design to a far greater detail than anyone else. Her patience with us was incredible, as we took our time to ensure it was the right bed for us.
