Even though I do not live in Bendigo, I have been going to Pristine for years and have always been happy. More recently, I have been less happy, but I do have to give full credit to owner, Rob and manager Cassie, who went out of their way to try and make things right. They are decent people doing a difficult job.
All my family and I travelled to Bendigo for a wedding and realised we needed some things cleaned and pressed. Cassie and Jess were fantastic! They looked after us and had our garments ready in time for the wedding. I highly recommend Pristine Drycleaners. The service and staff were top notch!

The staff at Pristine Drycleaners are just so nice and helpful. Had about a million questions for them in relation to one of my grandmother's dresses that needed to be cleaned but I obviously didn't want destroyed. They answered them all with ease and confidence, and then they worked wonders. So happy with their service!
